ABOUT

Isadora Darke is a visual artist and one half of video art collective IMPATV.

Since 2015 IMPATV have collaborated with a network of artists nationally and internationally, recording and broadcasting music and performance, while developing a unique visual aesthetic that sits between the spheres of artist moving image and documentation. This aesthetic derives from the experimentation and interplay of obsolete video equipment and new technologies.

This experimentation in turn has informed the production of large scale installations that incorporate interactive video pieces, sculpture and performance and shown at Camden Arts Centre, Fuse Art Space, KARST, MK Gallery, Islington Mill, De La Warr Pavillion, Cube Microplex, CTM, Supersonic, Supernormal, Fat Out Fest and Sounds From The Other City festival.

IMPATV’s work has been featured in NME, The Quietus, Cult Nation, Wire, Louder Than War, Echoes & Dust and Creative Review.
